Los escultores mayas elaboraron magníficas representaciones de sus gobernantes, los k’uhul ajawo’ob o “señores sagrados”, ricamente ataviados con todos los atributos del poder real. En este fragmento, procedente de Toniná, podemos observar parte del rostro y el gran tocado de un dignatario.
