En la Ciudad de […] acontecio la desgracia al Sr Don Antonio Amaya de averle dado una patada un cavallo en una pierna a las cuatro de la mañana el 11 de Junio de 1890 y su famiia abiendolo visto muy grave, su Niña Ascencion imploro a la Santisima Virgen de Belen qe le diera su alivio y luego apocos dias lo consiguio y pa mnifestar tan grande maravilla le presenta este Retablo hoy 9 de Marzo de 1892.
