imaginero novohispano y su obra
Este libro presenta la colección de esculturas que resguarda el Museo Nacional del Virreinato de Tepotzotlán; y expresa el sentimiento y la dedicación de la autora por el estudio y comprensión del escultor novohispano. Esta obra es una recreación de la vida social, gremial y religiosa de los escultores de los siglos XVI al XVIII, describe las técnicas que practicaban los maestros, oficiales y aprendices en sus talleres y muestra las influencias que las escuelas europeas ejercieron sobre el entallador novohispano.
