Escultura de la sujeción de Mazateopan
Escultura en alto relieve con el escudo de Mazateopan (derivado de mazatl, venado; teopan, templo o iglesia) se puede observar un chimalli con una mano que sostiene al glifo de Mazateopan lo que indica sujeción del pueblo. Existe una población con el nombre de San Martín Mazateopan en el Municipio de San Sebastián Tlacotepec, Puebla; ubicado al este de Tehuacán.
