Ornamento tallado en forma de flor
Este adorno fue tallado en forma de flor de cuatro pétalos, una de las representaciones más comunes del Sol, o k’in, que también tiene el significado de día. El símbolo de la flor cuadripétala remite además a los cuatro rumbos del cosmos y su centro, eje de comunicación entre los diferentes planos: el cielo, la tierra y el inframundo.
