ANVERSO: Anacleto Escutia Set.e 10 de 1850. REVERSO: Por disposicion de la Junta patriótica , Anacleto Escutia hizo esta copia de un original q l. Pertenece al Exmo. Ayuntamiento. México. 10 de Set.e de 1850. General Vicente Guerrero, caudillo de la independencia (1782-1831) con vista de frente y perfil tres cuartos, porta uniforme militar en azul con pechera roja con bordados fitomorfos dorados y botonadura dorada, los puños también tienen en fondo rojo bordados fitomorfos, charreteras doradas, fajilla azul, cinturón negro con hebilla dorada en forma de águilas, lleva puesto un guante en su mano izquierda y sostiene con esa mano el otro guante, la mano derecha descansa sobre un cañón y detrás de él la bandera mexicana.
