Escudo de armas de Querétaro
Esta pintura es significativa porque destaca el escudo de armas que hasta ahora representa a la Ciudad de Querétaro. En su cuarteles se alude al mito de su fundación, con la aparición milagrosa de Santiago Apóstol y la Santa Cruz; se representa también el trigo y la vid, símbolo de la fertilidad de las tierras queretanas.
