Óleo al parecer dieciochesco, muy cercana al gusto de la piedad popular.

Escena angelical que alude al papel protector de estos seres míticos. Vemos al arcángel san rafael -fácilmente identificable por sus atributos de peregrino- guiando a Tobías a cuyo padre curó de ceguera con la hiel de un pescado que aquí sostiene el niño entre sus manos.
