La humanización de la danza

Cuatro creadores de la danza escénica compartieron la necesidad de renovar los criterios imperantes en el momento que les tocó vivir. Lin Durán hace un recorrido por las experiencias y testimonios de Jean-Georges Noverre (1727-1810), Mary Wigman (1888-1973), Doris Humphrey (1895-1958) y Martha Graham (1894-1991), para después reflexionar acerca del proceso de la humanización en el arte que condujo al surgimiento de la danza moderna. En ausencia de publicaciones sobre el tema en nuestro país, el texto de Lin Durán ofrece una mirada de extrema utilidad para quienes se dedican al estudio de la danza.
