29 de mayo de 1933 Luis Gutierrez estando en estado de ebriedad quería golpear a su esposa con un sable y su mamá se interpuso en defensa de ella encomendandose al Sr. del Hospital quien le libro de un acontecimiento por lo que dedica este retablo a la milagrosa imagen en su santuario
