Xantile
Escultura con el cuerpo modelado y el rostro elaborado por medio de moldes, representan deidades del panteón mesoamericano del valle de Puebla y el norte de Oaxaca, fueron utilizadas por los popolocas para el culto religioso en espacios domésticos. La figura de la izquierda tiene los ojos cerrados, representa a una persona muerta; lleva orejeras grandes y un tocado elaborado. La figura del lado derecho también muestra los ojos cerrados, porta orejeras y tocado de diseño diferente, como pintura corporal en líneas verticales rojas, probablemente de cinabrio, utilizada para ungir los cuerpos de los muertos. Ambos se presentan en posición sedente y con las manos sobre las rodillas.
