El Buen Pastor
La figura de Cristo como pastor de su rebaño fue muy gustada en el arte cristiano por su simbolismo, ya que plasmaba a través de un joven pastor, la disponibilidad de Cristo de dar la vida por su grey representada por los corderos, cumpliendo así la promesa bíblica de salvar, con su muerte y su sangre al género humano.En esta obra el joven Jesús vestido de pastor y cubierto con una zalea abraza dulcemente a una oveja, símbolo del alma cristiana que quiere ser protegida por su pastor.
