Transverberación de santa Teresa
La iconografía de la escena sigue en gran parte la narración que sobre el pasaje de la transverberación escribiera la propia santa de Avila, viéndose enriquecida por las rosas y azucenas que se encuentran esparcidas por el piso y que hacen alusión a su pureza. (1)
